Terrell Owens: Still Sore RotoWire.com Staff - RotoWire.com Tuesday, July 12, 2005 Update: There is a possibility that Owens may not be 100% healthy for the start of the season whether he reports to the Eagles or not, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.
Recommendation: "The last couple of weeks, I've gotten on the track, I've run a little bit, I've played basketball," Owens said. "That's not nearly as strenuous as football. The times that I've been on the track I've noticed that I've been really, really sore, as far as the hamstrings and joints and everything, because I haven't really sprinted since February, but I'm getting my timing down." "Really, really sore" doesn't sound very good to us months after the Super Bowl loss to New England, but we know T.O. is one of the hardest workers in football. He will do everything he can to be ready for the start of the season so don't drop him down your draft lists just yet.
