The Philadelphia Eagles earned their second victory of the preseason after topping the New England Patriots on Thursday night, 14-13.
Eagles quarterback Tanner McKee led a 7-play, 70-yard touchdown drive and threw the deciding 2-point conversion midway through the fourth quarter to get the win. A botched snap by the Patriots late in the final frame ruined any chance at comeback led by Bailey Zappe.
Patriots rookie QB Drake Maye saw plenty of action in the loss, completing 6 of 11 passes for 47 yards while scoring New England's only touchdown with his feet in the second quarter.
